Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FutureProof ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FutureProof provides AI-powered real estate market report generation. Users can submit a US zip code and brokerage information to generate branded market analysis reports, social media stories, and related assets.

3. Account Registration

To access paid features, you must create an account via our authentication provider (Clerk). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscription & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time through the Billing page — access continues through the end of your current billing period.

Report limits reset at the start of each billing cycle. Unused reports do not carry over.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to generate misleading or fraudulent market data
• Resell or redistribute generated reports without authorization
• Attempt to bypass usage limits or access controls
• Use automated tools to scrape or excessively access the Service

6. Data Accuracy

Market reports are generated using AI and third-party data sources. While we strive for accuracy, FutureProof does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any market data. Reports are for informational purposes and should not be the sole basis for real estate investment decisions.

7. Intellectual Property

Generated reports are yours to use, share, and distribute for your business purposes. The FutureProof brand, logo, and platform remain the intellectual property of FutureProof. Brokerage plan users with white-label enabled may remove FutureProof branding from their reports.

8. Limitation of Liability

FutureProof is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
